How can I return or exchange my item?

We accept returns and exchanges of unworn wigs within 15 days of receipt. To request a return or exchange, please contact us first. Once we receive your return information, we will inspect the returned items and process your refund or exchange.

How can I cancel or change an order?

Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placement. After 2 hours, the order cannot be canceled or modified. In this case, we recommend receiving your package first and then contacting us for further assistance.

If your order is still within the 2-hour timeframe, please contact our customer service directly to make changes or cancellations.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For common items, processing usually takes 1 day.

For pre-orders or limited edition items, the manufacturing process takes 3 to 10 days before shipping. For more details, please see the shipping processing time on the product page.

If your shipping address is in Spain or the European Union, your package will be delivered within 2 to 6 business days after shipment. For other countries, delivery typically takes 6 to 8 business days.

Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?

The wig must be in its original condition with uncut, unbleached hair, unaltered color, and intact lace, as wigs are personal items in direct contact with the scalp. Customer safety and hygiene are our top priorities. Visit: Returns and Exchanges

Do you offer wig customization?

We can create the wig you want according to your needs. Customization details include: length, curl, density, color (ombré, highlights, bleached, etc.) and optional lace area.

Why does my wig look shorter than its actual length?

The length indicated on our website refers to the original length of the hair, before styling or molding. In the case of curly wigs, we package them after styling and do not fluff them up to make them appear overly styled or voluminous.

Are there any customs duties?

Customs duties depend on your country's customs policy. We generally declare a low value on the invoice to avoid potential taxes. You can also tell us the value you wish to declare when you place your order.

Can you dye or bleach your hair?

Yes. Hair can be dyed. As a general rule, it's easier to darken hair than to lighten it. We strongly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions, as you'll get the results you want. Dyeing them yourself always carries a high risk of not achieving the desired shade. If you can't go to a salon, always use a good quality hair dye and test it on a small sample first.

Will the hair fall out or become tangled?

- Shedding: It is normal for some strands of new hair to come loose initially. We always suggest that the client seal the weft before installation and brush it with a wide-tooth comb. Excessive shedding will occur due to weft cutting or dryness. Always seal the ends if you cut the weft for installation and keep it moisturized.

- Tangling: Generally, our hair doesn't tangle because it's intact human hair with a cuticle. However, dryness, oil and dirt buildup, salt water, or not combing daily will cause tangles and breakage. Follow hair care instructions and use a good shampoo and conditioner to wash your hair twice a week.

Does the hair smell bad?

We promise there's no chemical corn chip smell. Our hair is 100% chemical-free. We care not only about beauty but also about the health of our customers! However, we do wash the hair during the production process, so it may have a slight shampoo scent.

How many extension packs do I need?

Typically, 3-4 packs are enough for a full head. If the length reaches 20 inches, I suggest ordering 4 packs. Alternatively, you can combine a clasp or frontal to make a full head.

What type of wigs and lace?

At LURA'S HAIR we sell glueless wigs. We have two types: HD Lace and TP Lace. HD Lace has a more natural scalp finish, while TP Lace does not.
