1. General conditions
At LURA'S HAIR, we strive to offer the highest quality products. If your wig does not meet your expectations, you can request an exchange or refund under the following conditions:
- You have 15 calendar days from receipt to request a refund or exchange.
- The product must be unused, uncombed, with the lace uncut , and in its original packaging .
- For hygiene reasons, returns of wigs that have been used or handled are not accepted .
2. How to request a refund or exchange
- Write to us at contact@lurashair.com or through the contact form with your order number.
- Please indicate if you would like a product exchange or a refund .
- Our team will review your case and send you the shipping instructions.
- Once we receive and review the product, we will confirm the result within a maximum of 5 business days .
Tip: Keep the shipping receipt until we confirm receipt.
3. Shipping costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs , unless the product arrives defective or incorrect .
- In case of error on our part, LURA'S HAIR will cover all costs.
4. Refund
- Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
- The process may take between 5 and 10 business days from the confirmation of the return.
5. Defective products or order error
- If your wig arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered , please contact us within the first 48 hours of receiving it.
- We'll send you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Yes, provided it has not been used or tampered with.
What if I've already cut the lace?
We cannot accept returns if the lace has been cut, as the product is considered personalized.
How long will it take for my change to arrive?
Once the product has been received and approved, we will ship the new item within 3 to 7 business days .
