Refund policies

We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, in order to be eligible for a return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can do so from your profile, on the returns and exchanges page, or by contacting us via email at contact@lurashair.com . Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Via universitas 19, 9, 1C, 50009, Zaragoza, Spain.

If the return is accepted, you will need to send the package to the address mentioned above. Once we receive the package and verify that everything is in the same condition as when it was sent, we will proceed to refund your money using your original payment method. Items will not be accepted for return without prior request.

Damages and problems
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Nous n'acceptons pas les retours de produits qui ont été modifiés ou endommagés (par exemple, si la dentelle a été coupée par le client ou par nous à la demande du client).

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Changes
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item. Alternatively, you can wait until we receive the item and then proceed with the exchange.

15-day cooling-off period in the European Union. Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 15 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a reason. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with the tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and issue the refund.
