You can cancel your order within 1 hour after purchase by contacting our customer service team.

Note: Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

We accept returns & exchanges within 15 days of delivery for unused items. Some custom or coloured wigs are made-to-order products and may require special handling.

Therefore, we generally do not accept cancellations or refunds once your order has been processed for more than 24 hours. In exceptional cases, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

• Hair must be uncut, unbleached, unwashed and in its original condition.
• Items must be clean, odour-free and with original tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, worn or specially customised wigs cannot be returned.

If the return is not due to our error, the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. Shipping fees vary depending on the method used. We will suggest the most economical option.

1. Email us within 15 days with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you return instructions and the return address.
3. Send the item back: we will process your refund or exchange within 2 business days of receiving it.

Once your return is received and approved, your new item will be shipped within 3 business days.
